32 53s: NFC West Pre-Training Camp 53-man Roster Projection

Seahawks
Seattle fully swapped out their QB room and much of their receiving corp over the course of the offseason. The Seahawks remain a fairly young team, boasting 34 players on their current roster who remain on their draft contract. That is tied with the Packers for the most in the NFL.
Rams
The Rams locked up Matthew Stafford this spring to make another run with a solid roster. LA should have a lively battle for roster spots in their defensive backfield, a group that is virtually unchanged from last season.
49ers
My estimates have the 49ers expected 53-man roster as one of the oldest in the NFL despite the fact that they made 11 selections in the 2025 draft and should expect to retain the majority of those players. This is undoubtedly still a talented team, but I think it is fair to wonder how close they are to forcing a larger roster turnover before their talent begins to deteriorate.
Cardinals
Arizona has a uniquely deep defensive front that received several high profile veteran additions plus a first round and third round pick. It should be a major source of strength for a team that hardly touched the offensive side of the ball this offseason. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Cardinals end up parlaying some of their depth on the edge or defensive interior for future draft capital before week one.
