Cowboys
The splashy new addition to the Cowboys this offseason was wide receiver George Pickens. Aside from that, it was another ho-hum offseason in Dallas. This is a roster that should skew younger, so there is perhaps some potential to surprise.
Giants
The Giants roster has really solid depth on the interior of both their offensive and defensive lines. Despite adding a pair of big ticket free agents in their defensive secondary in Adebo & Holland, they could probably still stand to add a little more depth. New York is one of the few teams that is virtually guaranteed to roster three quarterbacks this season.
Eagles
The defending Super Bowl champs said goodbye to a number of defensive mainstays this offseason: Brandon Graham, Josh Sweat, Darius Slay, Milton Williams, and C.J. Gardner-Johnson. Shedding those players will help the Eagles get younger, but they should still have a solid defense.
Commanders
I’m estimating that Washington will have a 53-man roster with an average age more than a year and a half older than the NFL average. Some of that is three older specialists and Josh Johnson, but it is probably fair to say that this team is looking to engineer a win-now roster with an exciting young QB. They’re also reportedly closing in on an agreement with Von Miller. Miller will be a roster lock as soon as he inks his contract.
